Seminar: Introduction to Obsidian, 06.11.2025

Hi everyone,

after an almost too-long hiatus of Tools Seminars, I'd like to invite
you (on an almost too-short notice) to a "Show Your Vault" workshop this
Thursday. Obsidian is a free and 
source-available application for personal knowledge bases; think note
taking but fancy. It stores all its data in Markdown files (and the
occasional JSON), meaning that you own your data and can easily access
it should you decide to move away from Obsidian.

The Tools Seminar is intended to give you a short introduction into
Obsidian itself, followed by exemplary tours through some "vaults"
(Obsidian's term for collection of notes). Jonas will start, but you are
invited to show your vault as well. Participation without prior
knowledge in Obsidian or without showing your vault (or some plugin you
like, etc) is also welcome. :-)
