Stand Up Paddling

After the successful canoeing last year, the SIAM Student Chapter Magdeburg presents the next water based event: Stand Up Paddling.

Here you stand on your board and use your paddle to move across the water. We have a guide that will show us exactly how it's done. The course takes place on the "Alte Elbe", which is not very deep. You should have the ability to swim, but life vests are also available. You can find more details about the activity here.

If you want to bike there from the MPI or university, you can meet us at4:40 pm at the bike parking lot of the south wing at the MPI Magdeburg.

The regular price for the course is 25 €, however we support members of the SIAM Student Chapter with 5€ each, so they only have to pay 20 €.

If you are interested put your name into the Doodle list until 31th of July 2017, 12:00 am.
The number of participants is limited to 12, so save your place.
